It was my first time to see and watch her in person. Yes! The Mega Star performed live yesterday, December 7 at Ayala Terraces, Cebu City. "Maayong Gabii. Nanihapon na mu?" She asked the crowd. "Maraming salamat po sa pagpunta dito para sa Thanksgiving Musical ko po para sa aking show na Kasama Mo Kapatid ng TV5".
Yes, it was a free concert. The Ayala Terraces which was so delightful that time because of its sparkling Christmas lights was then full packed with audience ,particularly the Sharonians.
The Mega Star sang some of her hits and renditions like "To Love Again", "Kahit Maputi na ang Buhok ko", "Nakaraang Pasko", "Walang Kapalit" and a duet with Dingdong Avanzado of "Mahal na Mahal Kita".
Dingdong Avanzado was one of Sharon's guests that night. Audience at my back were singing too as Dingdong sang his "Basta't Kasama Kita" and "Download" hits. Other guests were Jay-R Siaboc of Philippine Dream Academy and other local talents like James Joviel & Monica in their song presentations and Plantation Bay Resort and Spa performers. Mr. Ariel and Ms. Keana Reeves hosted the concert.
"Dito sa Cebu ang first offer ko na movie yung "Dear Heart' at adopted then ako ng mayor ng Cebu noon kaya love na love ko ang Cebu", Sharon stated. It was a short and simple concert; yet,a fascinating one.
And for my priority ticket that time, thank you Loveradio Cebu 97.9, one of media sponsors of the said concert.
